Kathleen - Think Kinetic founder
Hi, I’m Kathleen, trainer, coach, speaker, and a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, disability justice, and inclusive workplaces.
My journey into this work started with my own late diagnosis of ADHD and Autism. While it brought clarity, it also came with a lot to process: grief, unlearning, and relearning how to work with my brain instead of against it. Coaching helped me move toward self-acceptance, and now, I support others through that same journey from acceptance to advocacy. I specialize in working with late-diagnosed and neurodivergent-questioning individuals, helping them adjust their mindset, lifestyle, and self-perception to build a healthier, happier life.
Beyond individual coaching, I’m also a trainer and speaker, working with businesses, organizations, and creative industries to create neurodivergent-friendly, accessible workplaces. The creative and cultural sectors, in particular, attract many neurodivergent people, yet struggle to provide the understanding or systems to support them. Through engaging talks, interactive workshops, and tailored training, I help teams foster inclusion, break down stigma, and implement real, practical change.
My three guiding principles: empathy, education, and empowerment, are at the heart of everything I do. As a late-diagnosed Autistic ADHD-er, multi-disabled, working-class, and queer entrepreneur, I combine lived experience with intellectual curiosity and fearless authenticity, always grounded in community. My work isn’t about fitting neurodivergent people into existing systems—it’s about reshaping those systems so they work for everyone.
Interested in working together but want to get to know me better? Drop me a message and we’ll arrange a time to chat.
We’ve got this!

Why "Think Kinetic"?
Think Kinetic is a social enterprise dedicated to raising awareness and promoting inclusivity for Neurodivergent, Disabled, LGBTQIA+, and lower socio-economic communities. We work with individuals and organizations to recognize the strengths and challenges of intersectional identities, create more inclusive, sustainable workplaces, and foster positivity and acceptance through training, consultancy, and coaching services.
I chose the name Think Kinetic for multiple reasons:
• I was searching for a word that captured my need to act; both literally as an ADHD-er and as a sense of social responsibility. Kinetic Energy is the energy which a body possesses by virtue of being in motion. As such, to ‘Think Kinetic” is to embrace the need to move forward with acceptance, momentum and purpose.
• Kinetic Energy is a form of energy that often goes unacknowledged as it is a transitional stage where our stored or potential energy becomes something transformative and progressive. I believe that diversity has the potential to be transformative and progressive, my job is to help you transition to that state.
• The clicking hand is a demonstration of stored potential transforming to make an impact. We start music with a click. We assert ourselves with a sassy click. When things fall into place, they ‘click’. The bulb is simple—a guiding light through the dark, the spark of energy that makes everything clear, hope.
• Last but not least… I just think “Think Kinetic” sounds cool to say!
